We are a family of PWD owners. They are our pets and live as part of our family in our home. We are very proud of our PWD and are more than willing to share our knowledge with anyone interested in having a Portie join their family. We are not a commercial kennel but we have achieved Kennel Club Assured Breeder standard. Above all, we are pet-dog owners with the added experience of showing, ring-craft, obedience training, Kennel Club Good Citizen training, scent work, agility, swimming and therapy work.  We are advocates for this rare breed and willingly offer advice irrespective of where your PWD comes from. We hope this website gives you the information you need if you are considering a PWD and if it helps we are also very happy for people to visit us to see real PWD in a family home. Occasionally we breed our dogs to ensure the healthy continuation of this rare breed.  Wendy & Nicholas
